PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

BLACK ANNEALED & GALVANISED FORMERS

Our formers are supplied as either Galvanised or Black Annealed.

Galvanised formers can be supplied as either 11g or 12g in weights of 500kg or 750kg. Black Annealed formers are supplied from 3mm up to 3.8mm in thickness and from 500kg to 1000kg in weight.

Formers are used for high through put twin ram and channel balers.

All our wire is fully traceable to allow us to maintain a high-quality baling wire product for your needs.

REWOUND COILS

Black Annealed rewound coils are supplied in either 20kg/25kg or 40kg/45kg coils, they can be either plastic banded or wire tied. Our wire is coiled and stacked to the pallet automatically, strapped and shrink wrapped for delivery.

The gauge of the wire can be from 3mm up to 3.8mm depending on the material being baled and is supplied in 1 tonne pallets.

Our wire is manufactured in the UK and is fully traceable ensuring a high-quality baling wire product for your needs.

PLASTIC BALING WIRE

Plastic Baling Wire

Plastic baling wire for RDF or SRF applications, supplied in small 38kg/40kg wooden reels or larger 300kg steel reels.

Our wire is manufactured in the UK allowing us to maintain a high-quality product, we are able to adjust extrusion speeds if needed to tailor the wire to you specific baling machine.

Baling Twine and Tape

We supply different types of twine for fully automatic balers, supplied in twin 10kg packs this is perfect for RDF and SRF applications down to smaller spools of 4 ply twine for vertical balers, we also supply hot melt tape for mini and midi balers from 9mm up to 25mm.

Our wide range of twines and tapes can be either supplied by the pallet or just 4 rolls!

Bale Strap

We supply into the waste industry one of the highest quality recycled PET straps on the market. Thicknesses start at 0.7mm up to 1mm and widths of 15mm -16.5mm and is suitable for use with all strapping heads.

Due to the nature of the application of this product we would always visit site to understand your operation to allow an accurate quotation to be provided.

Strap comes as a standard coil of 1500m – 1900m but we can supply larger coils up to 6700m.

CUT & LOOPED GALVANISED AND BLACK ANNEALED BALING WIRE

Cut & Looped baling wire is used for manual tying of bales being produced in semi-automatic and vertical balers.

Supplied in a galvanised or black annealed finish in gauges from 3mm to 3.8mm and lengths from 4m up to 5.2m, these are supplied as standard in a 25kg bundle, from 5 bundles to 40 coiled on a pallet.

All of our wire is fully traceable, allowing us to maintain a high-quality baling wire product for your needs.

RDF & SRF BALE WRAP

Bale wrap for DRF & SRF applications, suitable for all makes of bale wrappers.

Our bale wrap is made from recycled content so meets current packaging legislation, being supplied in 22mu,24mu,25mu & 28mu thicknesses in Green, Black and White.

We can carry stock for you or delivery full loads direct to site dependent or your needs. Our film is fully traceable and as such we have a high quality blown film that is suitable for use with in the waste industry.
